With a long history of milling, mining and boat building, the community is a diverse and interesting place to visit with many places to eat, and activities to keep visitors occupied, or just chill out and enjoy natural beauty and the sound of the waves.

After years on the road as an Account Manager for various Companies, Whitianga is now called home. Along with my wonderful team Paulette and Le’Vonne who are both corporate chicks, they too have chosen Whitianga as home. We all agree that escaping the rat race was the best thing! Best thing is we have no traffic lights!
